    Who would you drop?

    To make room for Guimarăes?

For me, I would be tempted to drop Shelvey. I thought Willock was better than him against Everton.

Yes it would be difficult to drop Willock just when his form and confidence is on the upswing, still a very difficult choice for EH though.

I don’t think Bruno’ll start again but if he does, it has to be Shelvey.

If the old Shelvey comes back I'd hook him. He worked against Everton but will he do that every game?

Might be worth looking at how they play together, but for me Shelvey has to go - he has the odd good game and thats it.

Shelvey could have been red carded in hes last game, and maybe it wouldnt be wrong.

I feel hes always playing on the edge...

    Shelvey.

He might need to come off the bench anyway dependent on Bruno's fitness.

Shelvey would be who I drop.

However, I do think that Eddie may go with - we won and won well, don't change the team.

Bruno introduce at HT or 70mins.

Yep, Shelvey is the obvious candidate.

He could have buggered everything up with his ridiculous challenge against Everton but, on the flip side, he played very well and has been improving game by game under Howe.

Mental that Joelinton isn't even in this conversation.

It's a nice situation for EH to be in, having the choice I mean. If Willocks form improves and he hits the consistent level he performed at last season then his place is cemented in. I'm afraid it has to be Shelvey, although he has had some good games he easily drops off and there is always the risk of him doing something stupid at a critical point and costing points.

He could well be a bench warmer in the future just coming on if needed.

Bear in mind that Willock has been shocking in several games.

There are teams where we should have Shelvey and Bruno (vs free scoring teams) on the pitch because Willock would be too light weight. But not right now.
