Aberdeen FC this morning confirms the departure of manager Stephen Glass.

Stephen has left the Dons with immediate effect alongside coaches Allan Russell and Henry Apaloo.

The Club would like to thank Stephen, Allan and Henry for their efforts and wish them the best in their future careers.

The process to appoint a new manager will commence immediately and a further update regarding the Club’s interim coaching team will be communicated shortly.

Wonder who takes the team on Tuesday, presumably will have to be some combination of Robson/Simmie/Brown?

The process should have started before now and been finished before they told Glass to be on his mountain bike.

Who is to say it hasn't already? Wonder who the current Atlanta reserve coach is?

I suspect that Cormack was hoping to tough it out up until yesterday but it got very ugly yesterday, particularly in the downstairs section as Glass walked off past the fans at full time and with Cormack being at a match for a change he saw first hand how bad things are on the pitch and how strong the feeling is in the stands

How unprofessional would that have been. Looking for a new manager behind the current managers back. Nobody would want to work for that kind of employer.

Glass shouldnt have been here in the first place.

Cormack pulls another stunt like that and he had better phuck off as well.
