    Dfcss

Update.......I don't think the latest update builds many bridges with luscious Linda......the language is (take this from an expert 😃 ) a bit confrontational.

    Just my perception

Think the problem is that Nelms has dug his heels in, or following instructions from Tim Keyes, it needs some diplomacy to break the impasse, or a third party for arbitration.

I doubt if Acas would be able to break this impasse.

Linda will read that and DFCSS will be even further ostracised.

Terrible thing to write knowing how huffy he is.

Doesn’t look like this lot want to build bridges, why have a pop at the boys wages, he will still remember that they tried to block them taking over, so why would he want to talk to them, maybe an approach through the DSA or Foundation is the way forward

Dundee supporters should remember that FPS tried to purchase all the 15,475,294 A shares with the entrenched rights held by DFCSS for the derisory sum of £8,000 yet FPS are happy to carry out ‘debt for equity’ share transactions at 1.35p per share.
The total value of all the A shares at 1.35p each is £208,916.

We are aware of that, you talk about building bridges but I, like others can only see the people who tried to block the take over look to get there feet in the door, the statement, by who ever, was plain stupid, stop deflecting from that

Obviously you mean Dave Forbes going back on the society board when you say you see people that tried to block the takeover trying to get feet back in the door.

His return to the society board couldn't be challenged because of the rules they have and is is the main reason I left.

How can anyone with the club's future at heart work with an individual who was previously happy to jeopardise the club's future for personal gain? Another individual, along with Islay, who needs to do the right thing and resign IMO.

Why should I resign. People are still entitled to free speech in the U.K. and entitled to express their own opinions instead of dancing to the tune of the vociferous minority.
