    Half time..

Queens having quite a bit of possession and taking the lead in a fairly tight contest. Ayr missing a couple of chances and Rae only called into account on a couple of occassions. Queens with a couple of close things as well. We appear to be fairly solid at the back, so if we continue like thIs in the second half we may well get something from this match. 'MON THE SOUTH

Defending like beavers at the moment but you can see we have a much more quality when in possession. Come on!

Two clean sheets in a row now which was unimaginable under Johnston. We have hope and Mon the South.

I was trying to work on the computer and check the match at the same time.............its worse than watching it live!

Well done to Willie and the rest of the squad, - a very important 3 points in a league which showed just how tight it is with all other matches (today) drawing.

Grinding out victories, although not the prettiest, may well save our Championship status.

I'm still of the belief, as I've said on here before, that Ayr are the poorest team in a league where most teams are much of a muchness, something proven by a team like Arbroath at the top of the table.

Fully aware that tables don't lie, however a lot of matches have been decided by the odd goal and poor decision making. Three points next Saturday makes it very interesting

Now, we look like we can indeed "grind" out results. Amazing what a wee bit of self belief and pride can instill into a team, with positive outlooks towards matches. Saint Wullie❤️

It does seem longer ago than that but that is probably due to the turgid football we had to sit through under AJ.
