And what grants etc could be available for the main stand at Dens.....does anyone know, has anyone enquired.
There used to be grants from the Football Trust (football pools money) which will probably have been replaced by Sports Scotland.
The members of the Hearts Foundation will know what grants are available as they have been involved in the financing of the new Main Stand at Tynecastle.

Why would helms not apply for the grants if they were available
Think the days of grants are long gone

Maybe he has, maybe he hasn't, maybe there is, maybe there isn't but how would we know...he's been in the cream puff....not considering the option of developing the old lady though he has said that which is a complete reversal to what was the original intention.

Sick of the silence, he's now ever so slightly broken the silence let's have more answers.

I think we know the answers. It's like watching politicians being interviewed. Stadium is still what is going to happen. Nothing going to be done to Dens. Seems to be a bit of improvement in communications and hopefully the fans are getting together and supporting our team.

When you put these numbers in, it does sound like fantasy. Would love to know what the finance of £20m would be per year over a 20year term.

I still find it surprising that Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited (DBPH)are still going ahead with their new stadium development when the DBPH directors were happy to let the company they set up for the trading arm of the development be dissolved by Companies House on 17th August 2021 due to their failure to submit their Annual accounts and Confirmation statement on time.

£1 million per year plus what ever interest rate they are being charged to be repayable out of profits from the stadium development site.

Spouting the same fantastic nonsense they were spouting five years ago isn't a bit of improvement in communications, it's taking us all for complete mugs. I'm actually disappointed that so many people are feeling confident about the answers given to John
