Possibly. However, I'll take Artell's 4 decent (Inc. a one-and-a-bit excellent year) against his one bad year!
Plus I think a better division of labour is a good move so that Artell can reclaim a bit of his life. Kenny hasn't "gone". He is now in charge of player development, giving him direct responsibility for planning the development of individual players and working on tactical knowhow.
I'm sure there will be detractors in the same way that I know that there were rows of knitters watching the work of 'madame la guillotine'.
