Whatever points you may think he’s cost us, he’s gained us that amount singlehandedly 10x during his time here.

Not his best spell at the moment, but nothing was happening in the second half for us until he came on. Great player.

Still rather have him in our team then against us.

Im one of Maxis biggest fans I love that style of footballer and it's rare you get one in your team. He is though a player because of the way he plays that will at times give away the ball in stupid places. We are still not safe yet ourselves and I think for me it would be Murphy starting above Maxi until we are safe. We can't really afford to have a Maxi type player doing as he pleases until we are comfortable in the league. Although I do think he's a lot better when he starts a game rather than coming off the bench.

Granted, he lost the ball for the move that they scored from but, actually, Dan Burn selling himsellf was key to that goal, imo. Not having a go, either-he's been magnificent for us but was at fault there.

    Shit happens, man.

I cant blame him really, but I would be very reculant to use him in these games.

Hes too horny on the dribble, rather than making hes team mates better.

This for me, St. Max is not consistent enough, much rather play Murphy than him at present.
(Sorry, I was agreeing with Geordie-Jacko)

Its obvious to see the change in movement from the other players when he comes on. They turn more static every time. You could argue they should continue to move into positions, but you cant blame all the other players for hes style. I dont know, hes fantastic on hes day and an absolutte nightmare to play against, but just as often hes a nightmare to play with - I recon.
