Europa qualification

Ok, this is a big ask to overtake West Ham into 7th and probably impossible to catch Arsenal in 6th.

But....

What happens if West Ham win the Europa and still finish 7th and us 8th?

Does it open another slot for Europa the following season as West Ham would qualify for Champions League?

I also keep reading different versions of the likely qualification. What happens for instance if Crystal Palace were to win the FA Cup. To be honest I am not sure if anyone really knows.

If Palace win the FA Cup whoever finishes 7th will no longer qualify for Europe, they will. It’s still a possibility that we can finish above West Ham, anything else would be a stretch as we still have the top three to play.

It would appear that the first seven in the Premier League will qualify for Europe regardless of whether West Ham or Leicester win their respective European Competitions. It's in our hands now.
