    Livermore Last Match v Barnsley

Any chance of El Capitan getting a red card against Barnsley? That would be one benefit for next season!

Bruce needs a cabbage thrown at him too!

Last match of the season against Barnsley, also my last match as a season ticket holder, for the foreseeable future. A combination of things bring about this sad eventuality, diabolical team performance, little likelihood of improvement under Bruce, Sky moving too many matches and fuel prices making the trip too expensive, especially considering what we get to watch when we get there. It’s a shame, really, because I have always loved going to the Hawthorns. So, I will only be going to a few selected home and away games and I don’t expect that I will be the only one doing this. I can’t see things improving until that wretched chinaman has gone.

Looking at all the empty seats at the ground...I suspect many are also concluding like wise Ketts.....
And with less and less money coming in from TV...they really are going to have to remember how teams use to commercially support themselves......seats been filled......

Yes, I well remember the days of great football, wonderful matches, packed stadia, including The Hawthorns with double our current capacity, no blanket TV coverage, no avaricious betting company advertising, no shirt sponsors and the resultant replica shirt rip off, when most matches were played on a Saturday afternoon. Happy days indeed; ‘progress’ isn’t always for the good!
