Charlie Kelman linked with us by a couple of random Twitter pages, so pinch of salt required.

20 year old striker USA. Plays for QPR. On loan at Gillingham most recently.

No chance. You'd use it to get Harkes replacement 😎

Thankfully we won't need a replacement and unless we make another couple very good signings in that position he will be a mainstay outwith injury, but thats how you improve, not my replacement but displacing, relegating a good player to the bench, you don't improve by having to replace your best player every season a you find very strength in depth, that's why it's a big boost he signed, more so because of the Butcher stuff as we lost a good player there through his own actions

There is no truth in that rumour according to Scott Burns so if another striker arrives it appears it won't be Kelman.

For balance, Harkes is one of the best midfielders we have and is a brilliant compliment to Levitt. 🙂

Dundee United are considering a move for Australian Goalkeeper of the Year Mark Birighitti, writes Scott Burns.

The Tannadice club, in the market for a new No.1 since Benjamin Siegrist quit for Celtic, are keen on the Central Coast Mariners ace.

United have tabled a three-year deal to Zander Clark but the out-of-contract St Johnstone player wants more time to weigh up his options.

The European hopefuls are now looking at other options and Australian international Birighitti is high on their list. The 31-year-old, above, has been the top keeper in the A-League for the past two seasons after spells with Swansea and NAC Breda.
