    RIP Andy Goram

The Lancastrian Scot...a sad loss and the last Scot to represent his country at both football and cricket.
Made the best save I’ve ever seen live...reminiscent of Banks in Mexico...but this was for Oldham Athletic at the Victoria Ground, Stoke so not so widely reported!
Had his troubles but a great keeper and, according to Mike Atherton, a fine cricketer. Saddened to seem him go so young. Condolences to his loved ones.
