    The petty grievances list

What would you like to see the back of at football matches; what really annoys you for no particular reason? The pettier, the better Here are a few of mine:

Cardboard signs asking for a player's shirt (Ajax have banned them)

    Goal music (just fuck off)

    Plastic clappers (like Leicester have)

Managers wearing jumpers under suit jackets

    Jermaine Jenas

    Over to you...

    Gabby Ag-bone-a-hoe

Rio Ferdinand - Man of the people, Peckham prince - can F**K right off

Gorilla Mitts - (insert personal hatred comment here)

Ref's interpreting the rules - What? I mean I had a chat with the copper that pulled me over after he clocked me at 95 mph, I told him I interpreted the speed limit differently. I got a generous £450 fine which I begrudgingly paid. No such issue for refs who make outrageous calls which cost clubs upwards of £10million.

I hadn't put much thought into it in the past but thinking about it now almost everything in the three posts above.

All the Americanisms Zip mentioned especially goal music and those stupid Leicester clappy things (which they have because their supporters don’t make enough noise without them). Thank Chr*st that hasn’t caught on at other grounds.

    All done thankfully.

Club captains have said it has lost its gravitas and want to stop.

    For me:

Goal music - does wind me up.

Gabby Agbonlahore - just a prick.

Players wearing high numbers. No need for it.

    Ooh, I like that one!

Kit manufacturers fucking about with kits just so they're different enough from the last one for folk to feel they need to buy it.

Yup, in times of hardship keep the kit the same for the length of the sponsorship. Families forking out for multiple shirts would thank the club.

I think Brentford have done just that-this year's kit is the same as last season's.
