Soft closing toilet seat coming loose , how can I tighten it back up ? No bolts and wing nuts on the toilet pan , could the hinge bracket be on a toddle/bush type fit ,

Usually plastic bushes in the pan with screws from above Roma. I replaced my plastic ones with rubber bushes that I bought off eBay. Rubber ones grip into the pan better.
