    Captaincy

Who do you think should be captain? I would take the burden off Mginn and let him consentrate on his football thats gone downhill this season. Mings or Young are probably the only candidates but is Young guaranteed a starting place once Digne is available?
It did make the think thats our problem. Lack of leaders in the side. I remember in the MON days we had an abundance of players that could do the role and on the pitch many leaders eg Barry Milner Young Melberg Coker Petrov Laursen etc. Surely thats whats lacking from our recruitment these days and ever since then. Lack if leaders who can lead by example and be consistently on top of there game.

Young for me, and Digne is not guaranteed a start now SG has gone, seems to be injury prone too.

Kamara when he's back is a good option I think?

I agree about Digne. What a let down really and i would rather Targett to be honest. At least hes fit every week.
Good call on Kamara and maybe Carlos could too but i would give them both a season in this league first. Guess it depends how good there english is? Im sure McGinn has that problem too.
