Courts Deems Scheme to Rwanda Lawful

Yes to skilled immigrants but no to the others. Courts now deem the Rwanda scheme lawful so get those planes filled up and process those dinghy people properly - back date it too!

Whilst it’s sad - it’s even sadder our nurses are going to food banks and many of our elderly will die of hyperthermia! I am sure the snowflake jug ears Lineker who will protest would love to donate his fat pay cheque from Qatar to charity!

Are these the same pensioners who are receiving £400 from the Government towards their energy bills this winter plus Cost of living support?

Both my brothers live in 2 bedroom bungalows, one council, other owned. Neither pay £100 per month for their fuel even now and both are getting £66/67 per month back from Government support for the cold 6 months of winter. On top of that pensioners getting additional Cost of living payments of at least £500. Small houses and flats don’t need a lot of fuel to keep warm. They are potentially getting another £25 for one week as temperatures below freezing for 7 days.

Many younger working families with kids are struggling far more especially those earning just enough to get above the threshold for support.
Getting boring hearing the misinformation about how badly off pensioners are. Yes some are, most have prepared for this time by putting money away and with Government support are coping just fine.
