Matt Taylor could be out of a job in the new year, unless results improve.

There is something not right at the club at the minute, do the players want to play
    for the manager.
Bottom three in the new year, into February could see a change of leadership.

You can’t carry on with performances like that, players looked uninterested last night, was abysmal. Whatever Taylor is doing it’s not working.

If he doesn't have the support of the players then TS is the business leader and he needs to step in and either back the manager and support removing the trouble from the dressing room and let him bring in players that he wants. Either way not doing business in January is a sign of poor leadership at the top, we are not talking about bankrupting us we are talking about making a statement about the manager and the club direction under MT, this requires transfer business both in and out.

Too many players not at it 100% the last manager had his favourites and would never criticise them.
The usual I’m proud of the lads is no more.
We either stick with MT and let him bring in his own players are we go further backwards.
We all moaned about no plan b under Warne well we’re trying something else and yes it’s not working at the moment I get it.
How about the transfer window is here and some players have just downed tools. 3 or 4 players off it and injuries this was always going to happen.
What’s it gonna be ? Sack him and bring in another one or give him time to get it right.

I have just listened to his interview lots of comments about the squad he has inherited, players that don't believe they are good enough at this level, players that are not physically cable of back to back games, that is more than Wood. Hints at poor fitness as well. It is clear that he believes this squad isn't good enough, what do people make of his interview?

It’s either the blame game or we are really in the shlt.I think Warne left us with what we could afford,he knew we would struggle so jumped ship.

He’s digging himself a big hole if he’s criticising fitness levels
He’s been here for months now and had a very expensive week in Cyprus to get them fit

It's not the manager that's the problem.
