We’ve won 8 out of 9 matches and we still only sit at 9th in the league!

That says a lot about just how bad our situation was under Bruce.

Think about that, 24 points from 27, possibly the best run of results I can remember in 50 years of following Albion and it’s got us just above mid table.

I know we’re just outside the play offs but it’s staggering that it’s taken a run like that which is almost unheard of to give us a buffer from a relegation struggle.

And the one we did lose was a 93rd minute penalty! I think it was the early sixties when we last had a run like this.

Awesome start should have yielded more goals, similar to Preston game with the opposition keeper in good form.

I thought at one point we’d let them off the hook as we laboured and they improved. I was surprised Dike came out for the second half, for the first time he looked leggy and tired, so glad he came back out!

Can’t make my mind up about Rogic, technically very good but I wonder about his sharpness, this leaves me thinking we need another lively Centre mid in the window.

Mulumby was superb today, without doubt the best game I’ve seen him have for us, I wished he’d have started at Coventry.

It’s like treading water now just to stay where we are with everyone picking up points so an important win in the bag.

Dike took a bad knock on his knee I thought they would take him off, but he run it off.
Only going to get better, only played a hat full of games so far.
