Right thing for him to do.

He may be a decent coach but he is not a manager.

I think the selections and organisations have been ok but there is no drive and the in game management with subs consistently bad

When Liam Fox gets interviewed I think he believes that when things are going well play down the euphoria and when thing are awful don't dwell on it and don't blame a player or players. Part of the Largs manual on "how to be a manager".
