    Positives from today

Ok, so....and I know there aren't many but feel free to start your own 'our shitty luck' thread if you want to vent.

I thought we were bloody great at times-10 men against a high-quality side and, until the end when we were knackered, we matched them.

ASM is coming back into form.

Wilson is back, which is a bonus given that it looked like he would miss it.

Klopp considered Karius good enough to start a Champions League final.

Even at 2-0 down we woyuld have matched them from there with a full team. Just unfortunate to meet the real Liverpool considering the way they were playing before the Everton game.

ASM is a better player when allowed to roam as he showed today, other than that, Longstaff, really ?

We kept fighting. Was only 0-2 in the end.

    Maxi did well.

We fought till the end - cannot by denied that we tried the whole game.

Despite the score and the fact we've lost Pope we didn't play awfully, as said we matched for long periods despite the 10 men.

Dubravka kept a clean sheet during his time in the game.

Still played well and created chances with ten men and the Saint was Man of the match.
