    Interesting.

And our head coach Luke Williams, who worked with the Welshman at Bristol City, is delighted the club have added him to the ranks.

Happy with this one. The bench looked a tad light the other night so not surprised we’ve got someone in.

Really hoping he can find his form from the previous couple of seasons at Torquay and quick. 19 apps for Stockport and a total 713 mins isn't a great deal of game time. mind you look at Jodi Jones and John Bostock! One thing is for sure, he couldn't be walking into a better dressing room right now.

Not another mate of LW’s surely? One or two on here will be saying as much when he starts.
No point reading in to what he has or hasn’t done this season, our style is much different to Stockports.
Time will tell, but this is a solid signing.

He will add strength and different qualities and another string to our bow in what is going to be a busy and crucial period. Previously played with Cameron at Torquay as well.

Excellent natural alignment with the previous link to Luke Williams and the recruitments target.

    Trust the radar.

On face value another good signing. He's got proven quality at this level. Clearly it hasn't quite worked out for him at Stockport (yet) but that can happen sometimes. We would have been delighted to sign him six or twelve months ago, and he won't have suddenly become a bad player since then. He was a real dangerman at Torquay, so when you add him to the multiple threats we've already got, it should be a nightmare for opponents. You might be able to mark one or two star players out of the game, but we currently seem to have five or six!

They are saying on their message board that he didn't fit their style of play which if true why did they sign him

Delighted he's here though I was hoping we would get him when he left Torquay

As with Jones, it’s another clever no real risk, massive potential reward signing. Obviously Ruben, Austin, Jones, Bostock and whoever else are all playing well and in form in that position, so CLE doesn’t have to come in and make a different immediately, but if he settles in well and gets up to speed it’s another quality option we can turn to.
