The Moira in the shop seems to be the only real thread of sanity in the sales system I remember her from 20 years ago when she would move mountains to try get you a ticket in necessary (esp not living in the town) but the champions that live in the big house across the road let the club down.
Its at times like this that they really should be pulling together every extra ounce.
