And I hope that was low fat spread on your roll, the corned beef and cheese are high enough in cholesterol without adding to it by slapping butter on. Guys our age need to be thinking about that kind of thing.

It was low fat spread because it is easier to spread on a roll instead of butter.
However butter tastes a lot nicer.
I do not bother with all this high cholesterol nonsense.
We only live once so we might as well enjoy what we eat instead of listening to all the ‘do gooders’ who are probably saying one thing and doing the opposite.

I love my butter - the thicker the better. Can feel my arteries narrowing at times but just don't care.
