That's harsh UG, we are the top team playing against relegation fodder, we should have stuffed them as per your prediction, or was that the worst post on this forum?

The Seasiders were scrapping for their lives, we have played 109 games in 39 days, travelled the length and breath of the country, give the lads a break FFS!

Six days of recovery, no travelling and Uncle Joe's mint balls will be getting shoved up someone's backside next Saturday.

Yes KC it was I suppose. Apologies to the original poster. I was well into a bottle of gin but it most certainly isn't complacency.

So after scoring in a club record 31 consecutive league games we had a bad day out at the seaside and drew a blank. After losing to Watford we went 16 games unbeaten before the disaster at Bramall Lane. We have now gone 15 unbeaten since then. I can’t see us matching Reading’s record Championship points total but we are still well on course to win the league. Strange to think that in the Championship team of the season you would expect there will be places for Chuba Akpom and Viktor Gyokeres. Although we are the Divisions leading goal scorers and also boast the meanest defence you are wondering just how many Burnley players will be selected in team of the season. The reason is I think we have demonstrably the strongest squad so many individuals may well miss out on accolades.

We should have done whatever was needed to secure Gyokeres imho Sir Outwood, he would have made the difference in these sort of games, instead we bought Foster.

Be fair BT, Foster has potential, he has the potential to turn a possible 1-0 or 2-0 win into a 0-0 draw.
