Tempered by the news that both Rathbone & Peltier have to see specialists.
For all that’s said about Gareth Ainsworth,s style he actually waited on the pitch right to end until all our players had finished their celebrations and shook everyone’s hand. So did quite a few of their coaches too.
Classy
Burnley, Blackburn, Luton, Norwich, Coventry, Preston and Rotherham. The only 7 teams who are unbeaten in their last 3 games, the other 6 are all in the top half of the table, 4 of them in the top 6.
Add another 3 unbeaten to that run and we'll be able to sniff survival if not taste it.
I just hope the injuries don't take their tole because we used up all our good luck on injuries last season.A scientific view point is that players who are over stretching (pun very much intended) their performances to compete at a level are more prone to injuries.A great result,a great manager and great ambition from the club in January. We are on the cusp of survival and if we do survive, I have huge confidence that Taylor will deliver on his remit to make us a sustainable Championship club.
Pre match people were asking me “ what do you think today “ I said we have been here a few times already this season and spectacularly failed ie Wigan and Hull at Home and Cardiff and Reading away when we were looking good and threatening to climb the league !
Today we actually did it, I was concerned we had no leaders left after loosing Morrison, Hall and today Rathbone and Pelts but Hughill stepped up and led the team and everybody else stood tall and backed him up, well done great show UTM.
Wasn’t that Harding for the penalty claim from the keeper?
Fosu was class today. His pass for the first goal was perfect.
Rathbone and Peltier have been two of our best players recently and the biggest compliment I can give today is that we didn’t miss them. I have heard that Rathbone is out for the rest of the season.
QPR fans after the match aren’t happy with Ainsworth appointment. Poor football and lacks ambition.

Couple of feedback points pal.
Rathbone is a groin so could be 4 -6 weeks so almost end of the season. Plus point, we have managed today in their absence and could Wiles make a last few games comeback?
One I've heard is Peltier is out for the rest of the season but Taylor wants to reward him with a new contract?
Saw at the end of the match where a QPR player went to applaud their fans and he was instantly turned on and stewards had to intervene...aren't they touchy them suvern wusses?
Biggest laugh after the game was the QPR fans giving it large against the fences. One of theirs was really going for it all the way up New York Way until he came to the open fence halfway up and the Millers fans poured out...his face was a peach as he realised he was face to face with ours then he made a quick back step to mingle in with his own fans

Splendid performance where in the past we would have ****ed up. Typical Ainsworth non football sheeite, i can't see QPR fans standing for that for any length of time.
Basil's loss was a concern to me i hope it won't be long term but Odoffin did excellent and took his goal really looking up and picking his spot. Peltier i didn't miss so much i prefer Harding he gives us more attackimg options.
Not going to do individual ratings todays they were all immense.
Nice for Hugill to get his goals, never should have been booked I think he may be a marquee signing.
Fosu was excellent today and Chieo as ever was a threat.
When there was any football played it was excellent from us.
For all the talk of differences in the camp the on field display of cameraderie between the lads refute it.
Keep it up MT and the gang don't mess it up and you could all be on the list of all time Millers Greats.
