Its frustrating when the announce a 'Full House' and there are empty seats scatered all over the place. I assume that those are seats owned by season ticket holders who couldn't attend.

I have suggested to the club that they should establish a proceedure where season ticket holders who cannot attend a certain game could inform the club before hand. The club could then make that seat available for purchase and if sold they take a percentage and reimburse the ST holder with either cash or points or discount towards the following season ticket purchase.

Its a Win-Win-Win with the club receiving additional revenue, the ST holder gaining points or cash and no empty seats in the ground.

The figures are seats sold. I presume it will be the away end not filling up. Would be a great idea for ST holders to get the club to know when the set is free.

The club are not at all bothered if ST holders do not attend. Money is already banked and they have less to bother about for security reasons.
