MillersMad Matchthread - The Millers v Cardiff

It's now time to stand up and be counted!

May be the players have the same complacent feeling than some fans!

May be having 10 games left and only needing a point per game has made them take the foot off a bit!

May be it's the number of changes that have happened because of the luckless fitness of the new signings has played a part!

Whatever it it it has to stop! And it has to be today. The QPR game had an incredible atmosphere which grew and grew as the game progressed. We weren't lucky to win the game like some thought! We were good!
Each and every one of them on the pitch and each and every one of us off it played a part!
The sound coming from the Millers was incredible and it helped the players! You could see that! You could see how much the game meant to them!

It wasn't by accident! We all played our part!

We all have to do it again and get behind the lads! Put wind int heir sails as they kick towards the away end and cause a massive wall of noise as you suck them in towards the home end! We all know it works and if we want to keep on seeing The Millers in the Championship we have to keep on making a noise and playing our part!

    Enjoy the massive victory guys!

    COME ON YOU REDS!!!!

Hugill had six months there on loan last year so he will want to make his mark.
But let’s get the ball in the box.

Let's play two up front to support him....but that won't happen will it....or will it?

Afternoon, Frog'n'all. Two days til I go back to the US so this is my last Saturday game watched at a civilized hour for a while. (I'd have loved to be there in person but sadly not possible.)

A real six pointer and a chance to redress the balance for the last two underwhelming performances.

As Scum says above, nothing's going to improve unless we get the ball in the box.

well that is a big back 4, no pace from the full backs so not sure where the creativity will come from, but those set pieces we have the height we just need quality whipped in crosses

Quietly pessimistic about this. OK not quiet now is it.

As been said elsewhere first goal is v!tal for confidence. Lets hope the crowd play their part today, even if we go behind.

I feel the same Peri. Will Mt's post Preston comments about us not having the quality : spur the lads on to prove him wrong or hammer their morale and make things worse or not make any difference - because he is right and we aren't reight good?

    We are not that good without Wiles, Rathbone, Morrison / Hall;

But if we battle like we want it more, who knows.
