I do not know how we can change his mind unless we adopt the same tactics as the Partick Thistle supporters did last November.
I read an article about it in the Sunday Times sports section.

Have you ever had a good thing to say about DFC?

Huge thanks to the DSA for their update re the previous intimation that planning permission for the new stadium should be presented by the end of March 2023. They have informed members that at a meeting with JN he had been informed that as the plans for the new development in respect of the roads were based on ones from 2017/18 they were now out of date and new plans were required. They say this is now being looked into and hopefully should be resolved by May/June of 2023 and that there is an environmental issue that has to be addressed.

I think the tide of publicity that this issue is generating will eventually swamp DFC and we need a plan B now.

Emalda McLean of About Planning Limited who has been employed by Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited should have ensured have ensured that the plan for the roads and environmental issues were up to date in plenty of time for the new stadium development planning application to be submitted to Dundee Council by the end of March 2023.
About Planning Limited is the company that submissions after the Pre Application Notice (PAN) meeting in the Landmark Hotel on 26th September 2022 had to be sent to or placed in a box in the Landmark Hotel during the PAN meeting

Is that where you lodged your objections to the proposed construction?

    No.
You completed a form at the PAN meeting in Landmark Hotel and placed it in a box.
There were three questions to be answered.
    1. What’s your overall position towards the development.
    Strongly Support.
    Support.
    Oppose.
    Strongly Oppose.
    2. Please give you reason for your answer to Q1
    3. Please outline any additional comments, suggestions or concerns.
Completed forms could be sent to About Planning Limited or emailed to emalda@about-planning.co.uk
The form also states that responding to this public consultation does not affect your right to comment on any planning application submitted to Dundee City Council.

I made a slight mistake in my above post.
There was a 5th option in Question 1 of the Feedback form.
    Neither Support or Oppose.
    Sorry for the mistake.
