You could argue that he was never going to get the time at Chelsea to replicate what he did at Brighton but he hasn't stopped being a good coach overnight. Wonder how many of those players they bought were actually his choice or, at least he had a say in bringing in?
He's going to be very successful somewhere if he's given a chance.

Chelsea are not in the conversation as a top 6 team this season. They are an also ran.
Much like Liverpool after showing their true colours on Saturday they are not in the conversation for the top 4, they're best hope is for Europa league at best.
