The Titan that is Tarkowski might just keep the Toffees up mon ami, and SD seems to have resurrected Keane and rejuvenated McNeil, if he can get the male model mard arse fit to play Everton might just squeeze it.
However, with what financial penalties the Toffees might face could well make their efforts worthless.

I suspect that Everton enjoy protected status in the PL and will not be given a points deduction if it means they will be relegated. Same with Chelsea.
I hope I am wrong as I think the rules should be applied equally irrespective of the team involved.
