That's not a statement you can be sure of. You have no idea how he'd have faired. His football from rancid. Was it not 5 wins in 24 or something? I doubt his players would've downed tools for him though.

You might well be right. Plenty times over last few years on a rainy winter day Ive thought what the fk are you doing here? But after following & supporting utd through good, bad & horrendous since 1975 its still in the blood. Season ticket bought for next season & pay my hard earned every month to support our future. But by god after seasons like this & the general standard of a lot of matches its difficult to be anything other than gloomy

I'm not saying this if you by any means but I think a lot of folk go to the football to be miserable for a couple of hours. 😂

I'm pretty sure of it, a lot off those were (good) draws and he'd have added and built continuity plus he knew how to set us up well away from home mostly, our excellent away support would have seen less defeats

Its mindnumbing garbage most of the time & its sad how far we & scottish football has fallen

It's no better this season, we are just much worse, that's just a way to discredit what a young manager did in his first season with a full time team (the 6th biggest by a mile in the country)

I'm with you. The fitba is utter sh!te and gets worse every year. Scottish fitba is a joke we are a phucking joke. I believe things are going to get worse with probably a few pumping next season too.
Season ticket bought though and we'll be in our usual seats for the beginning of August. 😆

Yep, sadly those days have gone.

OT: 1985ish used to work at Sullom Voe and lived in Brae for a couple of years - drank in the Northern Lights. Phucking loved it up there.
