I meant less specific.

I think there's a rota where players go out to visit schools after training, part of the contract. Normally they're not too happy about it as they want to get home. Maybe he's been more cheerful than most, taken the place of other players.

Seems to be a fair number employed doing it.

I assume there is grant money etc but does it cover all of the wages etc for the team to operate?

They're funded by the EFL Trust who also distribute funding from the Premier League and PFA to each club.

I think the Community part of each club is also a charity.
