    Your MM their expert on music then who said Steve Marriott was the best guitarist ever! I didn't mind Small Faces but can't agree with that. I'd say Chuck Berry the original rock guitarist who the Beatles & Stones admit they copied takes some beating & just didn't sit there made it exciting to watch. Richard Hawley not heard many of his songs too slow for me.

    To be honest I love Richard, very early 60's in lots of ways, seems like a nice bloke....for a deedar !

    I'd that's a swipe at me in your attempted English, I said nothing of the sort. What I did say was that Marriott was a vastly underrated guitarist in that he was known more as a vocalist than a guitarist. Have a look at Packet of Three on YouTube.
