    Reflections on today

We lost to a better team. Arsenal have been top for a large part of the season and desrevedly so so no shame in our loss.

Media reaction shows that we're fighting against more than just the opposition. The double standards of cunts like Keown who acted like we'd commited a murder at their place but laud the 'game management' skills when Arsenal do it...genuinely nauseating.

We'll need to bounce straight back against Leeds but we're more than capable-look what we did to Spurs after the Villa performance.

    We miss Longstaff.

    Maxi got some game time.

Aye - the "game management skills" comment really pissed me off.

Arteta said it was revenge for us beating them last season. They are lunatics.

It will all come back to bite them.

Keep it in persective - another reality check today. We are in prime position for CL qualification - 3rd ffs, a cup final appearance, we've shook up the big 6 diicks. Go back a year and a half and see where we were.

Great season whatever happens. Well ahead of schedule.

    Enjoy it lads and lasses.

It's a GREAT season whatever happens from here on in. KLOPP will be doing lots of number twos in his pants, as this grinning hyena knows that we are coming, next season we will have more quality in our squad.

KLOPP might get those @rseholes of his into the champions league by pure luck, but we all know VAR got them into contention, or we wouldn't be talking about them. There squad looks horrible, with a lot of washed up footballers playing for their last pay day.

Totally agree. The whole media circus, commentators & pundit in match was infuriating. I skipped between 2 different streams everyone talking uses that knowing gushing tone of inevitability when talking about them yet their tone changed completely changed when talking about us. Contemptful & dismissive. Like Newcastle United being on the field is an inconvenience.

We got beaten today by a team we should have beaten. We were at them Murphy should be called Joseph or the carpenter for the amount of times he hits the woodwork!

Had that Murphy's shot gone in instead of hitting the post we'd have won that match. Fine margins as Eddie said.

    He's right.

After the 9day VAR check the team were all over the place. They got on top and we just weren't as dialed in as we needed to be to win.

We'll get them next time! On to Leeds and a really chance to batter Fat Sam.

Inshallah we put a beating on them.
