Got very little hope, if any, of a win today, but as the season has drudged on hope has become a very distant memory. Be glad when it's all over and we start afresh with the usual hopes and dreams.
If I was in the ER dressing room I'd remind them all that 'Ability' is what you're capable of doing, that 'Motivation' determines what you do & 'Attitude' determines how well you do it.
