Well, at least i got to see them play, and not to be told by Marks Stallard's mate...

Did you go yesterday, durham, to give a more informed opinion of Nathan Claxton?

I did go, I thought Claxton was ok, but he was not put under any real pressure.. He looks capable of carrying the ball of defence, and also had some pace. Definite room for improvement.. Time will tell if he makes the grade..

I was Impressed with the Tar and Nemane partnership down the right , If we can keep that, we will cause a few problems for most teams ..

I saw both play (won't forget that Osborne goal at Borehamwood) but why let facts get in the way

I will take that response as a yes, both lost causes now. You surely don't want either back in the squad now, we are L2 after all?

They were home grown players, so it gives you satisfaction to see them come through the ranks.. At least they were given a chance..

I don't want to be pedantic while you two argue, but I don't think either Bird or Osborne really came 'through our ranks' at Notts.

They both came through the ranks at Dunkirk and we signed them both in their late ****s from there.
