Yes, Bostock's goal was a howler by RF (come back to Meadow Lane any time after you retire, Ross, you'll get a hero's welcome), but the technique to curl the ball in from the left-hand side of the pitch and find the bottom corner was exceptional and deserved a goal. When some other players went missing in the playoffs, he really came into his own.

Kudos to the owners for backing LW to sign him last December, as he's clearly not a Radar-type signing.

Technique was awesome it was a non league version of one of my favourite ever goals by Stefan Effenberg in a champions league game. As you say the technique and precision is so impressive albeit a big goalkeeping error. Thanks Ross.

We all know you can't just sign young , potential moneymakers , so the #radar approach rightly has the likes of JB and JOB.

Talking of radar, it's been effective since day one, as of yesterday it's now successful too.

It's uncanny how 2 of our last gasp play off goals came against former Notts keepers who should've done better

This video at 5:37 shows how bad RF was, both with his starting position and letting it go through him. More good fortune for us was that it bounced in the perfect spot to work its way under him as he concentrated on making up all that ground back across to his near post.

It's verging on spooky how our goals arrived in these play-offs and how late they were. Somebody up there had decided we'd been punished enough!

So much credit must go to Tom Weal for the free kick goal, as he highlighted that Fitzsimons can leave gaps when setting up for free kicks. That being said it still took fantastic skill and technique by JB to find the gap left, albeit with help from Fitzsimons. I would also like to think it was intended to have the ball bounce just in front of the keeper, which helped with the cock up.

John Bostock was my MOTM for sure yesterday, his vision and abilty to pick out a long pass with 100% accuracy was outstanding. The goal yesterday was spot on and great to hear that Tom Weal had a lot to do with it.

Not much you can say about Luke Williams that hasn't already been said. The brothers certainly found the right man I was so glad to see them holding the trophy yesterday.
