I thought doidge was exactly kind of lump we needed up front a couple of seasons ago, used to have a field day against likes of Reynolds and Connolly, but he seems to have stopped scoring, looks even slower, seems to get few injuries maybe too. Doidge of few years ago would do ok in championship, don't know about the doidge of today.

Bit galling too, that instead of getting best out of Levitt last season and making a decent profit, he will end up going on cheap and starring for someone else.

F*ck that. Doidge best days are way gone. Unfortunately Goodwin seems to be pushing for the deal.

Asked my Hibee friend and he would be more than happy to see the back of Doidge.

Asked a Killie supporter and they certainly don't want him back.

So it seems we can have a dudd on the cheap that no-one wants.

Not sure if we want to fill our wage bill with players that once were good but .....

And therein lies the problem of a one man recruitment team.

That's a fair comment. You wonder if this is something Hibs are keen to do in an effort to get hold of Levitt. 🤔

I will be totally gutted if the doidge and cash deal goes through for levitt.

One of our biggest problems the past couple of seasons has been scoring goals, and If we are looking at bringing in a player, who for me, is past his best. Then it could be another long season. My faith in JG will also take a hit if he is the one pushing for this.

Not sure of Doidge per se, but I can see how United are keen on the ‘player plus cash’ idea in general as it circumvents the sell on clause to Man Utd to a degree………….
