I reckon we will be going right to the start of the league season trying to assemble a squad, it is just the nature of where we are unfortunately. Bit ironic if we start with McLeod up front next season considering we were doing our absolute best to sell him at the first opportunity last season.

Agreed re timings. Being in the Championship makes it harder to attract a certain type of player to be fair. 17 year old MacLeod hasn't scored a senior goal yet, may do so at some point now we've dropped a level, hopefully not going to be our first choice striker.

The goalkeeper should have been shown the door however the day after we got relegated.

It's obvious that Ogren has made a decision that no money will be available for paying up contracts.
But he should have been told he's never playing for the club again, ever, even if all our goalkeepers were struck down with a mystery virus. A disgrace that he got 45 minutes in the friendly the other day.

JG on news saying that he has been offered a couple of hundred players but he only wants players who want to play for the club. He admitted being in the championship has made it harder to attract players? He wants competition for places too. He is also hoping to add a couple to the squad before we play Spartans.

Joe Lewis now probably 3rd choice as the sheep have signed a new keeper.. Carson apparently out of favour at The Midden, surely one of them could be persuaded to come to us 🙏

The kind of keepers we should be going for. There has to be a decent UK based keeper out there that's available. F*ck this plucking keepers out of nowhere nonsense.

I'll judge once the window closes. Ideally we'd have our business done by the start of the season, but it just doesn't happen like that. I'd imagine we'll have most of our business done by Aug 4th, adding a loan player or two by the end of August.

Cant wait to hear "Judge me at Christmas" sounding out of Tannadice! That would close the circle from the last relegation!
