Apologies if this has been mentioned before but I watched an excellent documentary last night called
My Grandads War. Vicky McClure and her 97 year old grandad Ralph went over to Normandy to the beach where he landed on D Day. He like Vicky are Notts supporters and they mention Notts at the start. A very moving watch on ITVX.
