    Cant fault Carlos. For those who want to see academy players being used, there's potential there. (Hopefully someone will make the grade) and the type of player he is looking for is exactly what we want.

    I’d love to be the manager of a club like ours and build it from the bottom up.

    People tend to chase the money but I’d rather have a club where I could build a dynasty over 20-30 years.

    Like Dario Gradi did at Crewe.
