    o/t Cardiff to pay out balance for Sala

    Wonder if this is covered by insurance or whether this will dent Cardiff's ability to pay for any transfers etc in the coming season?

    Doubt it’s covered by any insurance ! Otherwise they would not have been spending even more money fighting it in the courts !
    The French club are being investigated by the French police for fraud and other wrongdoing, Cardif are trying to delay it until this is concluded as some sort of get out ?

    aren't they still banned from paying any transfer fees until the January window?

    Even if they have their transfer embargo lifted in Jan it’s unlikely they’ll be able to fund many incomings
    They might even commence offloading players to save money

    This is one situation we can take advantage of in the league table
    Other clubs take advantage of our minuscule budget so why shouldn’t we do it
