I’ve just got over missing the chance of putting 20 quid on Macca at 25-1 whilst not realising I couldn’t do it whilst abroad.
I really hope the bookies are bang on this season, 2 of players in the top 4 goal scorers and a 3rd place finish would be nice.

Paddy Madden at 20/1 is a good shout. Stockport are going to win this league.

Be interesting to see how Mullen performs with less opportunities - but can see why he's favourite.

McGoldrick looks decent at 11/1, I presume he will take the penalties.

He was top scorer in L2 last time he was there with Cambridge. I'd say he's the best striker in the division. If we have a good season, there's a chance that Macca will do a Macca and outscore everyone though.

I like Wootton's odds. He was top scorer at Stockport last season and could get 20+ if they do as expected and finish top three.

Thanks Elite, I was going to post similar but wanted international clearance first as I'm unsure on the rules. Does it need to be O/T?

After nailing (with some happy other Notts fans) a big win thanks to Langstaff at 25/1 last year this term as indicated on another thread I'm going with Will Swan at 20/1. Obviously a bit of an outsider, unknown quantity compared to others and a little young. However if 2023/24 is finally going to be the Year of the Stag Swan will fire them to promotion.

Had a free bet saver on Mullin because they are still going to score loads, he's one of the best forwards in L2, he's got minimal competition within their squad for goals (when compared to Notts , Stockport for example where goals should be spread more this season). Plus he will win penalties, take penalities , take free kicks, corners, throw ins, everything.

McGoldrick was 16/1 when I placed a bet on Swan, that was very tempting but if Macca stays they are going to share the goals and I don't know his role.

Madden is a good about but I still with Swan YOTS

As I understand it posting odds for information purposes is ok, but the majority don't want tipping threads.

As it concerns football and Notts, I wouldn't think so.

The question and emotive subject matter of that particular poll was always going to result in the majority saying no. That was basically guaranteed from the off (pun intended). What was interesting to me was that almost 30% said yes. So 'No' was a clear majority but certainly not a landslide...

If your understanding is indeed correct then happy to post and highlight betting odds and exclude the tips.
