Been down to the club shop and although there wasn't a big queue, the ladies on the phones were dealing with continual calls whilst I was there.

Should imagine they will all be gone today. So, hopefully that's a 2000 travelling contingent that will make loads of noise,( funny how we're louder away from home), and shout the lads on.

Just as expected, they have read this post and now updated

I was on the phone for over an hour in a queue for tickets...I think the club need to sort out their customer service. A message on the answer system would have been an easy answer when they ate all sold.
In the meantime if anyone has a couple of tickets they would like to sell I'm in the market!

They need to step up big time with selling of tickets, nobody seems to know what the **** is happening.

There is no mention (unless my eyes are that bad, I have been away for a few days so might’ve missed it ) of Cardiff tickets on website but I’ve booked mine on-line

An allocation of 2000 for a Yorkshire derby doesn't seem very good to me. I'm certain the away end holds more than that. We shifted 500 today alone and it's only Monday. Come on Udders, we want another 1000 tickets.
