How many times did Roberts go in instead of Rodrigo, Shackleton or Boguz?

The only way the rotation changed was injury/suspension.

FWIW, I think the current squad is actually stronger than the mid season 2020-21 team. However, the championship is also a lot stronger than it was back then. There are some very good teams/coaches this year in the championship.
Tend to agree on the quality in that the whole starting XI is technically good on the ball and we have more attacking threats that we can bring off the bench too.

Wonder if Dallas will be able to break into the side if he gets fully fit.

    worried about that as well.

A great player for us.... 2 years ago and post a serious injury. He's not young. Understandable if he's never the same again.

we are pretty strong at most positions. He will be better than firpo. after that, it gets pretty tough.

A lot of chirping on the interwebs about Roca and Real Betis lately.

Please work a deal. take 12 million (loan clause agreement amount) and throw in a toaster if you have to to get rid of. Too slow, no tactical field awareness, weak passing ability and generally not that interested in wearing the kit with pride. Other than those factors he was a good player and Real Betis would be getting a good deal.

Some players are good in some leagues but not others. Midfield is a brutal place to play in the Prem and EFL given the pace of the game here and lack of time on the ball.

In the Prem particularly being slow is a huge disadvantage.

Don’t think Roca is bad per se just not ideally suited to the game here.

Concur with that. Didn't think he did too bad for us, but certainly a player that needs a slower paced game to settle into a better rhythm.

I'd take the younger loans back too, they didn't force moves away

And Harrison, the rest can stay away
