There's ball work early on in the warm up and they do a shooting practice before they come in.

I know but the important thing for the warm-up is getting the muscles ready.

Its a holistic approach. The whole prematch can make or break a game. Mentally and physically the human body must be ready and a good warm up balances all these points you have all made.

Physically, muscles, vascular and pulmonary systems up to peak performance, then the mind, switched on and most of all, feeling good with your touch, surroundings and team mates.

Get that right for the team and you give yourself a great chance of starting well.
