A real blast from the past, Mick!! I remember having some in the late 70s but cant remember ever having the Shoot magazine, must have had some from a different comic or was they from a newspaper? I hung mine on my bedroom wall and rearranged the league positions on a Sunday morning.

Used to love doing this as a kid which would put it in the mid 60's for me. If memory serves me right a give away with a comic rather than a football mag.
