I don’t blame him heading back home after hearing the news that s family of northerners had move into the area and was shacked up next door

This week shows that there are still gains to be made if you can pull it off. Southblue top-scored with an 8 and moves up 3 places. Kel and Frank (again) failed to show up and each drop three spots. Howoldboy and Blackdogblue only got 2s but it’s still tight at the top and the scrap for third could go on for a while.

Chalky - keep at it, you’ll have better weeks.

Not much between us this week with a top score of 6 (well done Alf) and a low of 2 “achieved” by three of you. You know who you are. As a result no one moves more than one place.

We lost one game to the weather; apologies but I’m neither omnipotent nor a meteorologist. Not in this life anyway.

Nobby and Frank didn’t turn up. In Frank’s case he hasn’t bothered for several weeks but I’m leaving him in the table both for the entertainment value and as a target for Chalky.
