    Another low-scoring week with an average of 3.9 so just a few tweaks to the table this week, none worth mentioning. Top-scorer was (wait for it) Chalky who trialed a system new to him and it worked, Well done Chalky but maybe a bit too late. Oh, and Davee only got 1.

    We’re in the final furlong now so maybe it’s time to sharpen the pin or read the tea leaves to get the best position possible.

    Get in! To get top marks on a low scoring week has given me new strength to carry on oh ye of little faith

    You did indeed and apologies, I missed one of your correct results. I’ve amended the table.

    Just for a laugh I decided to have a look at the table as it would have been if it had started when Chalky came back, as much to look at our form as anything else. Here it is, for what it’s worth. Something tells me that Howoldboy’s safe, but what about second place? Can the dog do it?

    1= Howoldboy………27
    1= Griff…………………27

    The Easter Monday games certainly, but I’m happy to do the Friday and Monday games if that’s what folks want. Doing both would give a 40 week season as in previous years.

    Friday and Monday is fine by me.

    You need to add 2 points to NZB's score for this week Griff.

    His scoring selections were:

    Derby v Bolton 1-0 (3 points).
    Reading v Cambridge 2-0 (1 point).

    Total 4 points taking him onto 112 points.
