I'm not very good at score predictions, but usually pretty close on the attendance. I was way off on both today, I thought our poor opening day might have put a few casual fans off. Getting over 10,000 home fans is indeed brilliant, and I don't think any of them will have gone home disappointed. A proper football match with an atmosphere no other country can match at this level.

Our resident stattos will know this, but I’m guessing that’s the highest crowd for a first home league game since Man City in 1981, when we had about 14,000 there on a Tuesday night.
