Boss Matt Taylor says #rufc have this week been in contact with refs group PGMOL who have said Cafu shouldn't have been given a second yellow card at Stoke on opening day.

It's good to know that the PGMOL admit errors but what can be done to make up for the injustice (and potential loss of points) which RUFC suffered? How about MT is awarded a 'Joker' to be played at any time in the season where he can overturn a Yellow at his discretion? May not be fair on the opposition that day, but over the course of a season, it should balance itself out.

Admitting error but a bit pointless as we cannot gain anything. Ban already served and game lost.

They could take that yellow card from his name though but I doubt theyd do that
Yes it’s good for us to know that they admit to mistakes, would be good to know why ref gave it though but we’ll move on to next one

When he gets 10 yellow he’ll be banned for only receiving 9 real ones and get a 3 match ban
